Contact Manchester Tourism Guide
Use the form below to reach Manchester Tourism Guide. It is read by the people who write the guides, not by an outsourced inbox, and every message that needs an answer gets one — usually within a few working days.
What this inbox is good for
- Corrections. A tram fare that has gone up, a museum gallery that is shut, a restaurant that has closed, a stadium tour that no longer runs on the day we said it did. These are the most useful messages we get. If you can say which guide it was and what you found instead, the fix takes minutes.
- Gaps. Something about visiting Manchester you could not find a straight answer to anywhere. Questions like that decide what gets written next.
- Accessibility detail. Step-free routes, quiet hours, changing places facilities, blue badge parking. First-hand reports on these are far better than anything a venue publishes, and they are always welcome.
- Rights and privacy requests. Anything covered by the privacy policy, including a request to see or delete a message you have sent us.
What it is not for
- Bookings. We do not sell, arrange or amend anything. Hotels, match tickets, stadium tours, rail fares and airport transfers all have to go through the operator, and we have no visibility of your reservation.
- Personal itinerary planning. We are not able to build a schedule for an individual trip. The trip planning guides are the honest answer to that request, and they are free.
- Complaints about a business. If a Manchester hotel, restaurant or venue has let you down, we have no standing to intervene. Tell us anyway if it changes what a guide should say — but the complaint itself needs to go to them.
- Sponsored posts, paid links and guest articles. These are declined without exception, including offers to “update” an existing guide with an added link. Pitches of this kind are deleted unread.
